Thank you Dr. Elliott for visiting the 4th grade Science class today! The students have been learning about eyesight this week. Dr. Elliott explained blind spots, color blindness, took images of their eyes, and discussed the upcoming eclipse and safety precautions.

The Ag I class just completed the Dairy Unit. Instead of taking a traditional exam they made Ice Cream in a Bag as their assessment.
Middle school golf competed this week at Sulphur and Lake Murray. The boys improved their overall team score, and Jordyn Johnston placed 5th. Great job, Panthers!

Latta FCCLA had two teams compete at state STAR events today. They’ll find out their results at the FCCLA State Convention, April 11th.
The Parliamentary Procedure team consists of Sara Mearns, Rakhia Booker, Summer Wilson, Reagan Jones, Jeremiah Adegbule, Lucas Stainkamp, and Wyatt Harrod.
The Meat Judging team consists of Brooklyn Brust, Kylee Sutton, Joe Price, and Kas Reeves.
Both teams have worked many hours preparing for today!
